Candidates appointed as Junior Technician Trainee in PGCIL will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 18,500/- during training period. On successful completion of training to be regularized as Junior Technician (W-3) with the basic pay of Rs. 21,500/- in the pay-scale of Rs. 21500-3%-74000/- (IDA).

The selected candidates on training will be required to execute a service agreement bond of Rs.1,25,000/- for General/ OBC (NCL)/EWS candidates and Rs. 62,500/- for SC/ST/PwBD candidates for serving the Corporation for a minimum period of three years after completion of training successfully.
